FROM WAINFLEET DIRECTION: Take the Wainfleet/Spilsby Road (B1195) heading towards Spilsby. 4-1/2 miles after exiting Wainfleet you will see a big house called "Oakhampton Lodge" on your right with two reflective discs on the tree in front. Make the right-hand turn just past this house onto Oxlands Lane, go 130 yards and then make the first right onto Little Lane. You will see our sign. If you reach Irby Filling Station (which is closed) and Pinfold Lane on the right, you have gone too far. Turn around, go past two cottages on your left, one of which is named 'Roselea'. Take the first left-hand turn onto Oxlands Lane, and then first right onto Little Lane. You will see our sign.
FROM SPILSBY DIRECTION: Take the Wainfleet Road (B1195) from Spilsby, go though Irby In The Marsh. As you exit Irby there is a sharp right hand bend with Irby Filling Station (which is closed) on the left. Go round the bend past two cottages on your left. Take the first left-hand turn onto Oxlands Lane, and then first right onto Little Lane. You will see our sign.
